| NO MORE RED MEAT AND NO MORE PORK! Ok....so I stoppped eating pork awhile ago. But I have officially stopped eating red meat. (except for the occasional steak in the Pinaccle Grill dining room onboard the MS Veendam!) I am on an all organic diet (easy to do living here in Seattle..............but it is SPENDY!) Nothing but chicken and fish and veggies and fruit. Very little carbs...except those found in potatoes or brown rice. It's been 2 weeks and I feel FANTASTIC!!!!! |
